About the role
The Head of Key User Managers will lead and expand the Key User team for Bosch Power Tools in Egypt, driving sales excellence, market share growth and profitability within the direct‑to‑user channel.
Key responsibilities
- Scale and lead the Key User team, fostering a high‑performance culture and coaching in sales excellence, acquisition and strategic account management.
- Own turnover, profit and market share for the Bosch Power Tools portfolio in the direct‑to‑user channel and develop the local D2U strategy.
- Identify, acquire and develop large professional customers, managing national and public tenders from acquisition to fulfillment.
- Champion structured CRM usage for pipeline management and performance tracking across the team.
- Hold full P&L and budget responsibility for all direct‑to‑user activities in Egypt.
- Collaborate in a matrix environment with country leadership, marketing, product, service and other sales channel heads.
Required profile
- 6‑9 years of relevant experience, including several years in B2B technical sales or direct selling.
- Proven leadership experience building successful sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sectors such as construction, manufacturing or industrial assembly.
- Experience in lead acquisition, resource optimisation and strategic account management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Sales, Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Native Arabic speaker with professional fluency in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and performance management.
- Expertise in B2B sales methodologies, lead acquisition and value‑based selling.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Strategic development, business planning and P&L understanding.
