About the role
Hashem Brothers Group is looking for a senior HR professional to lead performance management and recruitment across its entities. Reporting to the CHRO, the Head of Performance and Recruitment will design frameworks, drive execution, and ensure timely delivery of results.
Key responsibilities
- Translate group strategy into clear objectives and KPIs for companies, departments and individuals.
- Design and run a structured performance management cycle (goal setting, mid‑year review, annual appraisal) and ensure practical implementation.
- Define, validate and monitor KPIs covering financial, operational and people metrics; build dashboards, scorecards and reporting templates.
- Prepare performance reports, follow up with managers on gaps, corrective actions and development plans.
- Define data requirements for performance tracking across HR, sales, production and finance; maintain regular dashboards for CHRO and senior management; ensure data accuracy and coordinate with IT/Finance for automation.
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for the group, from requisition to onboarding; partner with line managers to define job profiles and selection criteria.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and referrals; screen CVs, conduct interviews and coordinate assessments.
- Standardise recruitment tools (job ads, interview guides, evaluation forms) and monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill and quality‑of‑hire.
- Act as advisor and coach to CHRO and line managers on performance and hiring, fostering a merit‑based culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with postgraduate studies in business or HR.
- Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience designing and operating performance management systems.
- Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for various levels and functions.
- Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor, planning and delivering results without a large team.
- Strong business understanding and ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
