Head of Water Treatment & Black Utilities Maintenance

About the role

Minapharm Pharmaceuticals is seeking a senior professional to lead the Water Treatment and Black Utilities Maintenance unit for its production area. The role ensures reliable operation of critical utilities, supports compliance with cGMP standards, and drives continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for water treatment and black utilities equipment.
• Allocate maintenance requests to technicians and monitor execution.
• Generate and manage spare‑parts purchase requisitions for both corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate logs of all operational and maintenance activities.
• Execute engineering work orders related to the department.
• Train and mentor technicians on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental Sciences.
• 6‑8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma principles.
