About the role
The Head Waiter will lead the dining floor of our restaurant located in The Nox Mall, New Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures guests receive exceptional service while maintaining smooth kitchen‑floor coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule waitstaff, ensuring high standards of service.
- Take and manage customer orders, guaranteeing accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor food and beverage presentation to meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area and oversee order management processes.
- Address guest concerns promptly and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Previous supervisory experience in restaurants, hotels, or similar hospitality settings.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Diploma in hospitality management or related field is advantageous.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, menu familiarity, table setting, and serving standards.
- Proficiency in food service operations, including order management and dining area organization.
- Basic understanding of cooking principles to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
