Hiring Manager – Recruitment Lead

About the role

HYPK, a motion‑design studio, is looking for a Hiring Manager to own the full recruitment lifecycle. This full‑time, hybrid position blends on‑site collaboration in Alexandria with remote flexibility, ensuring the studio attracts top talent that matches its creative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department leads to forecast hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
• Source, screen, interview, and select candidates, maintaining a strong pipeline for current and future roles.
• Oversee onboarding, coordinate training initiatives, and monitor HR service quality.
• Maintain precise hiring records and develop recruitment strategies aligned with HYPK’s values.
• Contribute to employer branding and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong focus on service quality and candidate experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
