About the role
The HR Executive will lead the human resources function for a leading tourism and shipping services provider in Egypt. This role focuses on attracting talent, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts promptly.
- Design and manage performance management systems to meet organizational expectations.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor legislation.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
