Homeroom Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Homeroom Teacher to join our campus in Qesm 1st 6 October. The successful candidate will create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment and deliver daily lessons that align with our curriculum and learning objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for the homeroom class.
• Monitor student progress through classwork, assessments and formal evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback to support individual learner growth.
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians and school leadership.
• Collaborate with subject teachers and participate in staff meetings, professional development and school events.
• Supervise students during homeroom periods and key school routines.
• Promote the school’s values and contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive culture.

Required profile

• Proven classroom teaching experience, including lesson planning and classroom management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with students, families and colleagues.
• Organizational and time‑management skills for grading, reporting and classroom administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Experience in an international or bilingual school setting is an advantage.
• Commitment to inclusive, student‑centered education and holistic development.
