About the role
The Guest Environment Expert at The Ritz‑Carlton in Cairo is responsible for delivering the brand’s “Gold Standards” of cleanliness and guest experience. Working on the hotel floor, you will ensure that every guest room and public area is spotless, safe, and welcoming.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobbies and other public spaces according to Ritz‑Carlton standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and restock housekeeping carts.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow all safety, confidentiality, and company policy procedures.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance and communication style.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk and work on feet for extended periods.
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to quality standards.
- Professional demeanor and respect for guest privacy.
- Willingness to work full‑time shifts in a hotel environment.
