Housekeeping Site Manager

About the role

The Housekeeping Site Manager leads daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high cleanliness standards, staff efficiency, and compliance with safety policies. This role balances operational excellence with client satisfaction, managing budgets, inventory, and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train housekeeping staff; conduct performance evaluations and encourage personal growth.
• Oversee daily operations to meet SLA requirements, perform QPE inspections, and act on client feedback.
• Implement inventory processes, maintain equipment, and recommend new tools to improve safety and service.
• Manage labor budgets, operating expenses, and staffing levels; prepare financial and operational reports.
• Enforce safety policies, attend monthly review meetings with customers, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma (minimum).
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Professional certification such as TOT (Training of Trainers) preferred.
