HR Business Partner - 6 October Factory

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for an experienced, hands-on Factory HR Business Partner for its 6th of October plant. The role leads the plant's people agenda so that performance is strong, operations are safe, teams are engaged and there is a sustainable talent pipeline. It is based at the factory and reports to the Africa & Trading Head of People & Performance, partnering closely with the Plant Leadership Team to turn business needs into a clear people plan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance management initiatives
• Lead organizational planning for leadership positions and critical roles
• Take part in interview and selection panels
• Facilitate the movement of talent within and across functions
• Work with leaders and employees to manage and resolve performance issues proactively
• Design Lean Organization and Simplification (structure, processes, systems)
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and authorities in Egypt, including social charges, and reflect any changes accurately and on time
• Coach leaders on development planning, quarterly appraisal cycles and continuous feedback and mentoring

Required profile

• Experience in HR areas such as Talent & Development and Compensation & Benefits, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Track record of problem-solving, simplifying complexity and leading change
• Understanding of business fundamentals
• Excellent English skills
