People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

Four Seasons Resort at Sharm El Sheikh is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator. The position assists with general employee and applicant inquiries, supports a variety of employee events and initiatives, and covers other administrative duties. It is a full-time role.

Key responsibilities

• Treat all employees in a friendly and courteous manner, as they are the guests of the resort.
• Process confidential information carefully, without compromising its nature.
• Answer telephone calls according to Four Seasons' Regent standards, offering information, verifying present and past employment and handling personal calls for employees.
• Greet applicants and employees and handle their questions in a friendly way.
• Screen applicants, carry out reference checks, forward applications to Department Heads and Division Heads, mail form letters, process new hires and complete new hire files.

Required profile

• Ability to treat employees courteously and to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Ability to answer calls professionally and to greet and assist applicants and employees.
• Ability to screen applicants, conduct reference checks and process new hires.

Required skills

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.

Schedule and hours: full time, basic working hours Saturday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., subject to change with advance notice.
