HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead the HR function at Juhayna Food Industries. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to business units, aligning people strategy with corporate objectives, championing change, and driving employee engagement and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Provide expertise in talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Lead talent attraction, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Support performance management processes, coach leaders on feedback, development, and succession planning.
• Draft and communicate job descriptions, ensuring sign‑off from incumbents.
• Act as a change agent, managing organizational transformation initiatives.
• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal HR policies.
• Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all teams.
• Provide daily HR guidance to line management and employees, fostering strong work relationships and morale.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
• 4–6 years of experience in an HR business partnering role, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in talent development, employee engagement, and organizational change.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution and interpersonal skills.
