HR Business Partner

About the role

Talent 360 is seeking a senior HR Business Partner to join its Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving organizational effectiveness and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee employee benefits and benefits administration.
• Provide guidance on HR management and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
• Create and maintain HR systems to support operational efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including solid experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Hands‑on experience in Organizational Development, performance management, talent management and organizational structuring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Egyptian labor laws and ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
