HR Business Partner

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Total Employee Experience across its Badr City and 10th of Ramadan sites in Egypt. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping drive performance, engagement, and sustainable results.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on talent, performance, and competency management.
• Partner with HR Operations and Solutions teams to deliver HR programs that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and People Managers on all HR matters and support the HRBP Manager in overseeing the function.
• Ensure HR processes and programs are executed correctly and consistently.
• Develop line‑manager HR capabilities by coaching them on tools, systems, and processes.
• Participate in professional development and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong internal‑customer mindset and ability to achieve sustainable results.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems.
