HR Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Abou Ghaly Motors acts as a strategic bridge between the HR function and business units, aligning people initiatives with the company’s objectives. You will provide expert HR guidance, support employee relations, and drive organizational development to improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand goals and deliver tailored HR solutions.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Facilitate organizational change and promote culture initiatives consistent with corporate values.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to guide decision‑making.
• Promote employee engagement and support development programs.
• Serve as a resource for managers and staff on HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
