About the role
The HR Control Accountant ensures accurate payroll management, compliance, and administration of employee benefits. This role supports operational efficiency by handling salary components, deductions, allowances, and related reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Review monthly salary components, earnings and deductions.
- Manage employee benefits, social and government insurance, and process related claims.
- Oversee transportation, mobile, fuel, car, representation, meal, and special allowances.
- Prepare monthly and annual payroll reports and incentive analyses.
- Assess social insurance, government medical insurance, and related governmental claims.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree in Commerce or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
Required skills
- Very good use of Microsoft Suites.
