Project Manager Core Banking

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager – Core Banking to lead the planning and delivery of critical software initiatives related to our core banking systems and digital banking platform. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions aligned with banking standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of core banking software projects, defining scope, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders to align on objectives and facilitate communication.
• Manage the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, monitoring milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards.
• Provide regular progress, risk and performance updates to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in software project management, delivering enterprise software projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work with engineering and product teams using Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery models.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on risk and compliance.
