HR Generalist

About the role

A language school in 6th of October City is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Generalist to work on site. The role covers a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination and compliance with school/company policies and Egyptian labor law.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new employees
• Manage employee records and HR documentation
• Administer payroll and benefits
• Support performance management and employee development
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Support HR policies and procedures

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role
• Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices
• Good command of English is preferred

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
