Talent Acquisition Partner - Retail

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner leads the full recruitment process for specified business units within Al-Futtaim Retail, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for hiring managers, candidates and stakeholders. The role is accountable for meeting KPIs and SLAs and for delivering manpower solutions through market insight, strategic sourcing and assessment tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for designated business units, following established methodologies and keeping to KPIs and SLAs.
• Support manpower planning and scheduling, contribute to the hiring plan and give proactive market trend insights.
• Manage sourcing solutions, build a market network and maintain relationships with external talent for a future pipeline.
• Provide assessment tools, run assessment centers and open days, and ensure merit-based selection by comparing assessment outcomes.
• Use tools such as Sniperhire (ATS), social media and job boards, and build talent pools aligned with hiring plans.
• Manage offers in line with manpower budgets and rewards policies.
• Review SLAs and processes regularly, suggest improvements and collect feedback from business units.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in recruitment and sourcing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to build and manage relationships with external talent.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
