HR Executive - Employee Lifecycle

About the role

The HR Executive in People Services delivers efficient HR operations across the employee lifecycle in Egypt. The role covers onboarding and offboarding, leave management, employment contracts and renewals, and requires high data integrity, adherence to Egyptian labour law and strong service to employees and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Onboarding and offboarding: support new hires with data setup, documentation and system updates; manage offboarding in line with company policy and Egyptian labour law, including asset return, access deactivation and paperwork; keep accurate records in HR systems and personnel files.
• Leave management: monitor leave balances, oversee leave carry-forward, run periodic audits of leave data, answer leave questions and escalate discrepancies, and work with HRIS teams on system issues.
• Organizational and position management: support position creation, changes and employee data updates, keeping organizational data accurate in SAP/SuccessFactors and checking data consistency regularly.
• Contracts and renewals: track contract end dates, follow up on timely renewals, circulate renewal documents and archive signed contracts in personnel files.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Experience managing the employee life cycle regionally.
• Ability to own initiatives in a dynamic environment and excellent customer service and communication skills.

Required skills

• SAP/SuccessFactors for organizational and position management.
• Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
