HR Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. In this role you will help shape the learning strategy, design and deliver training programs, and support employee growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs within the organization.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver effective training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare related reports.
• Support employee development plans and performance improvement actions.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in HR Learning & Development.
• HR Diploma or Training of Trainers (TOT) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
