HR Manager – Lead Recruitment & Team Management

About the role

Modern Travel is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its team in the New Cairo Industrial Zone. The role focuses on overseeing the full spectrum of human‑resources activities, from recruitment to employee file management, while supporting the company’s growth in the travel sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
• Maintain and organize employee records and personnel files in compliance with company policies.
• Supervise and develop the HR team, providing guidance and decision‑making support.
• Coordinate with other departments to address workforce needs and resolve HR‑related issues.
• Operate effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Personnel management.
• Proven track record in recruitment and employee file administration.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage a team, make decisions, and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
