About the role
We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for blue‑collar positions within a leading Food & Beverage company in Cairo. You will play a key part in building a strong workforce that supports our fast‑paced operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilise multiple channels (job boards, referrals, social media) to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job specifications.
- Maintain a talent pipeline to ensure timely hiring.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically hiring blue‑collar staff.
- Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
