HR Section Head – Cairo, Egypt

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead our HR function in Cairo. As the HR Section Head you will shape the employee experience, drive talent initiatives and ensure compliance with local regulations. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to make a strategic impact across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a dedicated HR team.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off‑boarding.
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
• Champion employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide strategic HR support.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
• Drive talent acquisition, training and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of progressive HR experience.
• Proven track record in leading HR teams and managing full‑cycle HR processes.
• Strong understanding of Egyptian labor legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
