HRIS Senior Specialist – SAP SuccessFactors

About the role

The HRIS Senior Specialist will own the administration, optimisation and continuous improvement of Lafarge Egypt’s Human Resources Information System, primarily SAP SuccessFactors. You will act as the key liaison between HR, IT and business units to ensure data integrity, system performance and successful migration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, security roles and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system‑related issues in collaboration with IT and Group teams.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for HRIS and HR reporting matters in Egypt.
• Lead or support system upgrades, enhancements and implementation projects.
• Assist in data preparation, migration and User Acceptance Testing for new HR system roll‑outs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth system transitions.
• Provide training, create user manuals and act as the subject‑matter expert for HRIS users.
• Support internal and external audits by delivering required HRIS reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HRIS platforms.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality and security.
