About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist to lead recruitment for our education business and act as a strategic HR partner. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure smooth onboarding while collaborating closely with business leaders.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for teaching, academic leadership, support, and operational roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, manpower planning, and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract high‑quality candidates.
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, assessments, offer management, and hiring documentation.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and future positions.
  • Track recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational structure, retention, and team effectiveness.
  • Support managers with employee relations and performance matters.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze engagement feedback and turnover trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and culture‑building activities.
  • Oversee onboarding and integration of new hires, including orientation sessions, induction plans, and cross‑functional introductions.
  • Monitor new‑hire progress during probation and facilitate cultural integration.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the education sector.
  • Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Experience measuring and improving recruitment KPIs.
  • Demonstrated capability to support employee engagement and onboarding processes.
