About the role
At Atheel CX we are seeking a motivated HRO Sales Specialist to expand our client base and promote our HR outsourcing solutions. You will work on‑site in Maadi, Cairo, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HR outsourcing market.
- Promote HRO and outsourcing services to potential clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal preparation to deal closure.
- Prepare tailored proposals and commercial offers.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and report on performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or outsourcing services.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to build client relationships and close deals.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in HRO, recruitment, or staffing is preferred.
