About the role
The HSE Training Coordinator will design, deliver and manage the health, safety and environment training program for the project workforce in Suez. You will ensure all personnel receive the required inductions, competency badges and location‑specific safety talks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the HSE Training Plan, including inductions, task‑specific training and monthly refreshers.
- Manage 100% personnel access authorization and oversee the visual ID badge system for competency, medical fitness and authorization levels.
- Coach supervisors on delivering Location Specific Talks (LSTs) and monitor field training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Project Construction Safety Manager, HR and contractors to align training requirements.
- Determine training needs, approve programs and ensure compliance with H&S policies throughout project execution.
Required profile
- Engineering degree or highly specialized technical diploma.
- 5+ years delivering HSE training on mega‑construction or heavy‑industrial projects.
- Certifications such as Train‑the‑Trainer (TOT) and OSHA/NEBOSH fundamentals.
