Human Resources Associate

About the role

The Human Resources Associate will support the daily operations of the HR department, acting as a key resource for employees and managers. This role ensures HR practices align with organizational goals and promotes a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Manage onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Address employee concerns and grievances, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, guiding managers on evaluations and feedback.
• Identify training needs and oversee employee development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR information systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Administer HRIS databases, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
• Enforce HR policies and provide guidance on compliance issues.
• Support HR projects such as talent management, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
