Human Resources Coordinator (Egyptian Only)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR & Training department of a leading luxury hotel in Cairo. The role ensures smooth recruitment, onboarding, administration and employee relations while maintaining confidentiality and a professional atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all employment applications: acknowledge within 48 hours, provide personalized responses, schedule interviews and distribute CVs to department heads.
- Maintain the Kempinski recruitment website: post vacancies and keep the hotel page up‑to‑date.
- Coordinate onboarding: welcome new joiners, complete paperwork, communicate start dates and liaise with heads of department and training.
- Administer employee records: keep complete files, update payroll data, track vacation, sick leave, training, anniversaries and issue certificates.
- Maintain HR communication boards, locker rooms and cafeteria; greet visitors to the HR office.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide employment certificates for departing staff who respect notice periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment and hiring.
- Excellent oral and written Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Familiarity with Egyptian labour law and social insurance regulations.
- Administrative competence.
