About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of our HR department. This entry‑level position will play a key role in streamlining recruitment, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR projects while ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Ensure recruitment processes align with the organization’s ISO procedures and maintain related documentation.
- Maintain recruitment records, approvals, and documentation according to ISO documentation control standards.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and arrange assessments or technical evaluations.
- Support the organization of HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Perform additional duties during peak periods or special projects as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Completed internships and an HR certification are mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Active participation in student activities, HR training programs, or job fairs.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
