About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will manage the full employee lifecycle for a family‑owned luxury accessories and jewelry retailer. Based in 6 October City, the position is primarily on‑site with the flexibility to work from home, offering a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Coordinate employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
• Support payroll by providing up‑to‑date employee data.
• Advise managers and staff on HR procedures and help resolve employee relations issues.
• Assist with training initiatives and promote an inclusive, compliant workplace culture.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in HR and HR management, preferably in a retail or customer‑focused environment.
• Experience with benefits administration and HR operations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
