Human Resources Generalist – On-site in Cairo

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team in Katameya, Cairo. You will play a central role in shaping our people strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring HR operations align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
• Manage end‑to‑end personnel processes, including onboarding, off‑boarding, and employee record maintenance.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
• Facilitate employee relations, acting as a trusted advisor and mediator.
• Oversee performance management cycles, supporting goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate impactful learning initiatives.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for reporting, presentations, and data management.

Required profile

• Experienced HR professional with a solid understanding of local labor regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems.
