Human Resources Intern – NextGen Talent Program 2026

About the role

Lesaffre Egypt, which produces baking yeasts and yeast extracts, is offering a Human Resources Intern position through its NextGen Talent Internship Program 2026. The intern supports HR operations and contributes to projects that improve HR documentation and help understand workforce activities in the factory environment. The internship lasts 10-12 weeks, starting in July 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR operational and administrative activities
• Assist in updating and organizing job descriptions
• Help document blue-collar workers' daily tasks
• Support HR reporting and documentation
• Collaborate with HR team members and operational teams
• Assist in HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year university student
• Background in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational abilities
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
