People & Culture Manager

About the role

The Rixos Radamis resort in Sharm El Sheikh is looking for a People & Culture Manager. The role covers HR strategy and execution at the property, including talent management, succession planning, staffing and total compensation, and acts as a key change manager for initiatives with high employee impact.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on employee opinion surveys and build the talent management ranks in line with the property and region diversity strategy.
• Translate business priorities into HR strategies, plans and actions, and implement HR initiatives at the facility.
• Lead the human capital review, succession planning and workforce planning, and serve as coach and facilitator of selection and interviewing.
• Develop staffing strategy with the hiring manager, make staffing decisions, monitor sourcing and compensation, benefits and internal equity.
• Lead the planning of the hourly employee total compensation strategy, champion its use, and create recognition and incentive programmes.
• Ensure HR staff are competent in evaluating employees, trained on HR information and available on employee relations issues.
• Act as a change manager for high-impact initiatives and surface opportunities for process improvement.
• Carry out duties related to quality management, food safety and other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in law, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in human resources or management operations.
• Excellent English to write reports to international standards.
• Prior attendance at HR courses and seminars.
