Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will lead talent acquisition and support a range of HR functions for our organization in Cairo. You will work closely with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience while contributing to learning and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, assessments, interviews, offers and selection reporting.
• Support learning and development programmes, including training coordination, documentation and tracking.
• Oversee onboarding processes, induction, probation appraisal and mandatory online courses.
• Maintain accurate personnel records, contracts and handle employee separations.
• Assist with performance management cycles and employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies and monitor attendance across field offices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience in a large, complex organization.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
