About the role

Bronze Trading is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join its team in Heliopolis. This full‑time, on‑site position will support the company’s growth by managing core HR functions and fostering a productive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with legal and company standards.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Oversee general personnel management duties, including compliance and documentation.
• Collaborate regularly with management and staff to maintain operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proficiency in core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and talent development.
• Experience in HR management and implementation of HR strategies.
• Knowledge of creating, updating, and managing HR policies.
• Experience administering employee benefits programs.
• Strong personnel management skills, including record maintenance and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and on‑site in Heliopolis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
