About the role
The Human Resources Specialist will provide comprehensive HR operational support for the Sukari site in Marsa Alam. Reporting to the HR Supervisor, the role partners with site leadership to enhance recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, screening, interviews, onboarding, and mobilization for all site‑based positions.
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees and line managers, handling disciplinary actions, investigations, grievances and employee‑relations cases.
- Manage employment contracts, HR letters, employee records, attendance, leave tracking, roster updates and payroll inputs.
- Support performance review cycles, talent development initiatives and HR reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, client requirements and site procedures, and assist with audits and inspections.
Required profile
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.
- Familiarity with labour‑law compliance and HR governance processes.
- Ability to work closely with site leadership and support a high‑volume operational environment.
