About the role
This position focuses on driving revenue through the renewal and upsell of existing B2B contracts for French‑speaking customers. Working in a hybrid setting, you will engage customers primarily by phone and email, ensuring they receive maximum value from our products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated territory and achieve revenue‑based quotas by selling renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client needs.
- Address customer concerns and remove roadblocks that hinder satisfaction or product usage.
- Handle competitive pressures and objections to retain or win customers.
- Maintain high‑volume outbound communication with customers via phone and email.
- Update the CRM system with all relevant interaction data.
- Collaborate with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales or contract renewal, preferably in a French‑speaking environment.
- Strong ability to manage a large volume of customer contacts and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
Required skills
- CRM usage for tracking customer interactions.
