Hybrid B2B Renewal Specialist – French

About the role

This position focuses on driving revenue through the renewal and upsell of existing B2B contracts for French‑speaking customers. Working in a hybrid setting, you will engage customers primarily by phone and email, ensuring they receive maximum value from our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated territory and achieve revenue‑based quotas by selling renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client needs.
• Address customer concerns and remove roadblocks that hinder satisfaction or product usage.
• Handle competitive pressures and objections to retain or win customers.
• Maintain high‑volume outbound communication with customers via phone and email.
• Update the CRM system with all relevant interaction data.
• Collaborate with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or contract renewal, preferably in a French‑speaking environment.
• Strong ability to manage a large volume of customer contacts and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
