About the role

We are seeking a confident and proactive Sales Development Representative to join our client’s high‑growth commercial team. Working remotely, you will focus on outbound pipeline generation using multi‑channel outreach and help drive qualified opportunities for the sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, cold calling and other outreach channels.
  • Execute structured multi‑channel sequences to engage target decision‑makers.
  • Apply proven SDR frameworks to qualify leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and core prospecting tools to identify and segment ideal customer profiles.
  • Generate high‑quality meetings and opportunities for the wider sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of prospect activity, pipeline updates and notes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to share market feedback and refine targeting.
  • Track reply rates, meetings booked and other performance metrics to optimise results.

Required profile

  • 2–3+ years of experience in sales development, business development or a similar outbound sales role.
  • Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated success with multi‑channel outreach, including email, LinkedIn and cold calling.
