ICT/ELV Procurement and Cost Estimation Specialist

About the role

AGIS is seeking an ICT/ELV Procurement and Cost Estimation Specialist to join its Cairo office. The specialist will lead procurement activities for ICT and ELV systems, ensuring that projects receive the right materials and services on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop purchase requests, prepare bid packages and issue purchase orders through the ERP system.
• Evaluate, pre‑qualify and monitor suppliers, obtain and compare quotations.
• Support contract negotiations and work closely with the Pre‑Sales team to secure favourable commercial and technical terms.
• Perform detailed cost estimation for ICT/ELV solutions, analyse specifications and drawings, and produce accurate bills of quantities.
• Coordinate daily with Pre‑Sales, Operations and Finance teams, maintain procurement records and track supplier performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to support project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in ICT/ELV procurement and cost estimation.
• Strong knowledge of ICT and ELV systems (network infrastructure, security, audio‑visual, low‑current solutions).
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English.
