Income Audit Supervisor – Hotel Revenue Management

About the role

The Income Audit Supervisor ensures that all hotel revenue streams are accurately recorded and reconciled. Working within a leading hotel that is part of the Accor network, you will oversee daily audit procedures, supervise audit staff, and support month‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily audit procedures for rooms, food & beverage, and other charges, ensuring accurate posting to the general ledger.
• Review and reconcile revenue reports from all departments, resolving discrepancies promptly and escalating unresolved issues.
• Train and guide income audit associates on auditing procedures, accounting principles, and hotel policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly income audit reports for senior management, ensuring timeliness and compliance.
• Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, and Sales teams to capture revenue accurately and address any posting concerns.
• Assist with month‑end closing, guaranteeing correct revenue recognition and reconciliation.
• Conduct periodic checks and support internal auditors to maintain compliance with financial regulations.
• Identify and suggest improvements to existing audit processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in income audit or revenue reconciliation within a hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial compliance.
• Ability to supervise and train audit staff, ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and fraud prevention.
