Influencer Marketing Manager – Remote (Egypt)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading influencer marketing agency based in Dubai to hire an Influencer Marketing Manager who will operate remotely from Egypt. You will be the primary point of contact for influencer casting and campaign execution, ensuring that each project resonates with the Egyptian audience while aligning with regional brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead influencer casting for all campaigns with a focus on Egypt‑based talent.
• Build and maintain a robust network of influencers, agents, and talent managers.
• Interpret client briefs and translate them into strategic talent recommendations.
• Manage outreach, negotiations, contracts, and onboarding of influencers.
• Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution, coordinating with strategy and client‑servicing teams in Dubai.
• Monitor market trends, emerging talent, and platform shifts within Egypt.

Required profile

• Strong experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proven track record of casting successful campaigns in the Egyptian market.
• Deep knowledge of the local influencer ecosystem, including rising and high‑performing creators.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfortable working remotely while staying closely aligned with a regional team.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
