Infrastructure Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Infrastructure Senior Project Manager will lead large‑scale infrastructure transformation programmes for Majid Al Futtaim in Egypt. Reporting to senior IT leadership, you will ensure strategic alignment, governance and delivery of complex, multi‑year initiatives across data centres, networking and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of major infrastructure programmes, from initiation to operational transition.
• Develop programme charters, business cases, roadmaps, KPIs and align them with overall IT and business strategy.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees and executive reporting on progress, risks, issues and finances.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage schedules, resources, dependencies and delivery methodologies.
• Lead cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams and maintain strong engagement with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks, changes and resilience to improve infrastructure efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee budgets (US$5‑50 M), forecasts, vendor contracts, SLAs and supplier performance.
• Deliver measurable business outcomes, ensuring programmes are on time, within budget and audit‑ready.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Mandatory certifications: PMP, PgMP or PRINCE2; preferred: MBA, MSP, ITIL, Agile/SAFe.
• 12+ years of IT programme/portfolio management experience, preferably in enterprise‑wide infrastructure transformations.
• Strong financial, vendor and governance management experience.
