Inspector – Graduate Development Program

About the role

We are looking for motivated graduates in engineering or science to join our technical team as Inspectors. The role offers structured on‑the‑job rotations, hands‑on field exposure and a pathway to specialised training in inspection, NDT and lifting equipment assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in field and workshop activities to gain practical technical experience.
• Support inspection tasks, including Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) and lifting equipment inspection under supervision.
• Assist in testing, quality‑control processes and preparation of technical reports.
• Review engineering drawings, procedures and technical documentation.
• Handle equipment verification, basic troubleshooting and ensure compliance with company, industry and HSE standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy/Materials Engineering or Physics/Chemistry.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of industrial or operational environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work in field and operational settings.
