Insurance Agent

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Insurance Agent position in Cairo will advise individuals and businesses on appropriate insurance solutions, including property, casualty, and personal accident products, following Chubb's underwriting guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess risk and coverage needs.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and clearly explain policy terms.
• Coordinate with internal underwriting and claims teams and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Build long‑term client relationships through proactive follow‑up and portfolio reviews.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in insurance sales or brokerage.
• Solid understanding of insurance concepts, risk assessment and policy structures.
• Foundational finance knowledge to interpret premiums and coverage limits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field preferred.
