Sales Manager – Lead a High‑Performing Team

About the role
MetLife Egypt is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a sales team that drives revenue, growth and customer acquisition in line with the company’s strategy. This full‑time position is based in Cairo with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Set sales objectives, monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with company processes.
- Analyze market trends, support business planning and collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine sales strategies.
- Coach and motivate sales team members, enhance service quality and represent MetLife in key client and intermediary meetings.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
Required skills
- CRM or sales‑management tools.
- Business planning and forecasting.
