About the role
We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Alexandria. This full‑time position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to combine office presence with partial remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and manage existing relationships.
- Sell life insurance and Takaful products in line with Islamic Sharia principles.
- Provide high‑quality customer service and maintain accurate policy records.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Explain product benefits and help prospects select suitable policies.
- Address client questions and resolve concerns about insurance plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong customer‑service and client‑relationship management abilities.
- Proven sales capability with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
