Integration Support Specialist

About the role

noon is building a fast‑growing ecosystem of digital products that power everyday life across the Middle East. We are looking for an Integration Support Specialist to be the primary technical liaison for partners and developers integrating with our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for partners and developers using our integration platform.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and debug complex integration issues involving RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third‑party plugins.
• Provide clear, timely, and empathetic support via ticketing systems, email, or chat.
• Tri­age and escalate critical bugs to engineering and product teams with detailed reproduction steps.
• Maintain and improve external‑facing integration documentation, developer guides, and FAQs.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in technical support, integration engineering, or a partner‑facing technical role.
• Full fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to read logs and identify root causes.
• Customer‑first mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
