Interior Designer Sales – Smart Home & Energy Solutions

About the role

Schneider Electric is looking for an Interior Designer Sales professional to champion our smart home, energy management and premium electrical solutions across residential, hospitality and commercial projects in Egypt. You will act as the bridge between our product portfolio and the interior design and architecture community, driving early‑stage specification and generating new business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with interior designers, architects, design consultants and key influencers.
• Promote Schneider Electric products during the specification phase to secure inclusion in project designs.
• Identify, qualify and build a pipeline of design‑led project opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, design workshops and engagement activities to raise awareness and adoption.
• Collaborate with distributors, contractors, developers and internal sales teams to convert specifications into project wins.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and project pipelines to support business planning.
• Provide technical guidance to designers ensuring solutions meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to Schneider Electric’s visibility within the design community.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within design, architecture or related sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously.
